Cake Giveaway #14

Our ward had a service auction last month. There was a lot of free babysitting, whole wheat bread, hair clip holder, filipino food  and of course a "cake". My friend Alexis won it for his son 2nd birthday and this little dude love everything about truck. The fondant truck topper was a last minute idea and I am glad it turn out looking like a truck.

Cake giveaway #13

Did you save the top tier of your wedding cake, froze and save it for a whole year? How was it? I haven't heard this tradition before but I thought it was cool. Wish I had done it with my wedding cake. My friend Sam asked me to create a replica of the top tier of their wedding cake. (They tried to save it but got freezer burn) as her gift to her hubby on their anniversary  How romantic! This is my attempt on her request.

Cake Giveaway #12

Joylyn is the winner of my June giveaway. She wanted a special cake for her father in law who works so hard (bee keeping)to provide for his family and who never ever complain why they always have pie for dessert when all he wanted was a cake.
