Lime and Coconut Cake
I am not a
big fan of lime in dessert especially key lime pie or lime custard. But i
am a big fan of coconut, so when i saw this recipe in party cakes book I just
had to try the combination. Oh boy this cake is all so good. You get a sweet,
coconutty, tangy taste all with crusty texture from the toasted coconut.
Not my favorite cake but definitely a keeper!
