Did you save the top tier of your wedding cake, froze and save it for a whole year? How was it? I haven't heard this tradition before but I thought it was cool. Wish I had done it with my wedding cake. My friend Sam asked me to create a replica of the top tier of their wedding cake. (They tried to save it but got freezer burn) as her gift to her hubby on their anniversary How romantic! This is my attempt on her request.

It was perfect and SSSOOOO yummy!! We couldn't eat it all in one night, so I saved it in the fridge, and guess who knows how to open the fridge?
lol, in the morning we get up and see these tiny finger marks in our cake.
